Ο angel investor Lars Rasmussen επενδύει στην PhosPrint (μέλος του HPhos), η οποία μέσω ειδικής τεχνολογίας που έχει αναπτύξει είναι σε θέση να εκτυπώνει τρισδιάστατα κύτταρα.

Η PhosPrint θα εξασφαλίσει, μέσω του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου Καινοτομίας, συνολική ρευστότητα 2,8 εκατ. ευρώ, από τα οποία ποσό 800.000 ευρώ θα πρέπει να αποτελέσουν ίδια κεφάλαια, όπως είναι η δομή του συγκεκριμένου χρηματοδοτικού μηχανισμού. Σε αυτόν τον πρώτο γύρο χρηματοδότησης ο Lars Rasmussen τοποθέτησε 100.000 ευρώ ενώ σημειώνει ότι «όταν ολοκληρωθούν οι προκλινικές δοκιμές, και ξεκινήσουν οι δοκιμές σε ανθρώπους –εκτιμάμε του χρόνου– ενδεχομένως θα αξιολογήσουμε την υλοποίηση νέας επένδυσης στον δεύτερο γύρο».

Angel investor Lars Rasmussen invests in PhosPrint (member of HPhos), which through special technology it has developed is able to print 3D cells.

PhosPrint will secure, through the European Innovation Council, total liquidity of 2.8 million euros, of which 800,000 euros should be equity capital, as is the structure of the specific financing mechanism. In this first round of funding, Lars Rasmussen placed 100,000 euros while noting that "when the preclinical tests are completed, and human trials begin - we estimate next year - we will possibly evaluate the implementation of a new investment in the second round".

Το HPhos διοργάνωσε σεμινάριο ενημέρωσης (workshop) με θέμα «Photonics 4 Manufacturing» στο πλαίσιο της 1ης διεθνούς έκθεσης INDUSTRY.TEC: 24 – 26 Νοεμβρίου 2023 στο εκθεσιακό κέντρο MEC στην Παιανία.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, το HPhos παρουσίασε μια επισκόπηση των ευκαιριών καινοτομίας της φωτονικής στη Μεταποίηση παράλληλα με την εμπειρία εταιρειών που χρησιμοποίησαν τη φωτονική για να καινοτομήσουν.
